November, November. 

Slipped in so quick stealthy and quiet. 

Full of Red Cups and strong brews.

Red leaves piling and blustery breezes.

Time changes: capture sunrises and sunsets.

Crispy walks waking the senses.

Cozy days.

And a peace settling deep.

Sunshine Therapy

Late September I received news that my great Aunt Betty had passed away. She was a wonderful woman - another one in the strong line of Martin sisters. I have great memories of spending a solo summer with her - staying at her house for Thanksgiving and New Years holidays.

We celebrated her life and influence the end of October which also meant a much-needed trip to sunshine and family.
